Super aromatique, d'une belle fraîcheur droit, évident, pas très nature contrairement à une autre cuvée (Bianco Pri) goûtée aux portes ouvertes de Puzelat, un sacré canon.
Buonissimo, la roccia nel bicchiere.

NO 🍇！ SALT？ bad NO DRY! 🙄
Nice acidity somewhat bitter, goes well with fish or creamy dishes
