Fermented on the skins for a couple of weeks and aged in old barrels for eight months Wild, spicy and fruity nose, blackberry, black currant, licorice, black pepper, coconut, bananas, animalistic and earthy notes Balanced, drinkable palate, light body, moderate tannins, medium acidity and spicy finish
