Fruit bomb. Black currant and blackberry. Tannic. Big body. Clean fermentation.
Big tannins that work well with fatty meat/charc, super jammy on the nose, quite fruity but with a dry finish. Highlights any spice in the food.
C'est correct mais pas dingue et très classique. Combo top avec du fromage de brebis par contre 😋😋 Je l'ai trouvé un peu fermé.
