白磁の容器を池に浮かべ、周りに魚を泳がせることによって、その揺らぎで攪拌されているというワイン。
Is it a good wine? Yes. Is it an interesting Nebbiolo? No. Whether it is whole-bunch or (semi-) carbonic macerated, this wine is stylistically closer to Jean Foillard than Giuseppe Rinaldi. I can appreciate the style, there is a nice flirtation between the fruit and VA, it just lacks the bite, subtle fruit and spice that can make Nebbiolo such a memorable grape. Interesting one off experience. Price level unrelated to drinking pleasure.
