Cabernet Franc from Anjou under control with typical features, black pepper, paprika, raspberries, violet... concentration, low alcohol, thin tannins and bright fruit, vegetal freshness but no rough "green" taste. So good
Parfait après un bon chinois et quelques litres de tsing tsao
Definitely needs to be decanted. Very vegetal on nose. Super high acidity. Fresh dark berries. Some red fruits coming through as it opens up. Maybe best to leave for night to open
