Simple, tart, and rather boring. The best that can be said is that it’s honest, and Giboulot didn’t try to make it into something it isn’t.

Third of three Giboulots from 2014 on successive evenings. A bit closed, but showing some pretty red fruit. Light lactic note. Good weight and balance. Not special, but worked well with food.
