The thing that intrigued me the most is that the cellar itself invites you to search for the sensations contained in their wine, explaining how to do it. So here we are to taste it with eyes closed and imagining the breeze of the first summer nights in the mountains under the stars! The wine is a praiseworthy white, 80% Chardonnay and 20% Erbaluce with 24 months aging (60% in oak and 40% in steel). It mixes structure and butter with verticality and freshness in a seductive balance.
