Un beau blanc du Gard !
Full bodied but very fresh as well. Bursting with energy, a true reflection of Valentin's personality. Abundant fruit on the nose, straight focussed acidity that makes my lips smack. This bottle has a slight fizz which I hadn't noticed the last time I drank it. Guess that proves this wine is alive By George it's alive!!! :-) Not at all transparent. Feels much lighter than it actually is at 13,5% alcohol. Miraculous stuff!
