Très bon.
Découvert lors d'un récent salon à Paris, nous avons aimé ce vin sicilien... dégusté une fois de plus, à la maison cette fois, nous avons adoré. Vin fin, aérien, facile à boire, avec, je crois, une délicieuse et légère pointe de macération.
Amazingly elegant orange. Chalky tannins combined with juicy fruit. Layered with undergrowth, ripe stonefruit, hint of yogurt. Giving it complexity of old red wine with a freshness of youthful white. Can't get enough! 🤗 @Pazzo
