Highly charged, traditional method, sparkling wine from one of Sicily's most emblematic producers. Yeasty nose at first but the acidity in the Grillo grape comes through wonderfully in the mouth. Very interesting.
Fraicheur , acidité et bulles crémeuses le tout aux arômes me rappellant les bières lambic ! Mmmmmh belle découverte
De la pomme! Ça goutte le champ, délicieux
