Not my style. Not ready perhaps
Incredibilmente fresco anche se con una struttura importante, frutta tropicale, fiori di sambuco e camomilla, sapido e minerale!gran bella bevuta!
Détour en Espagne hier soir. Réchauffant et accueillant. Il aurait mérité un peu plus d'aération mais je n'ai pas eu le temps.
Super floral, salinity opens up in a while, seeds provide structure and tannins, masceration provides some mouth feel.
Molasses and herbs. CO2 spritz, nice acidity and body, slightly marred by yeasty finish. An odd bird, the name suggesting that it was made from scraps, like tiramisu, bouillabaisse, paella, etc.
