Juicy bright raspberries and blueberries with a little tannic kiss at the finish. Fizzy, funky, fresh. Love.
The real Pet Nat!! No grape harvest early,no useless acidity,no stupid label with comics. Just a fantastic wine as the tradition teaches! Pairing it with oysters for a strange yet tasty experience. (Natural fermentation in the bottle,no added sulfites)
