Simplement magnifique
Rosa tenue brillante, consistente. Floreale, Fruttato, delicatamente minerale. Lavanda, gelsomino, fragolina di bosco, bergamotto, lieve nota fumè. Molto morbido in bocca e avvolgente, leggera frizzantezza che solletica la lingua rende ampia la lingua e tesa la bevuta. Persistenza fresca ematica, carnosa, buccia di pomodoro. È il senso tattile interessante e questa mineralita' che alla fine si riprende, ti prende e ti porta tra le rocce e la terra. (aggiunta di mosto Recioto) Vol 13%
