Fantastic. After i tried it for the first time (it was recommended to me by the owner of the shop where i ususally buy natural wines) i bought 3 more bottles... “Pittige, mistige wijn van airén uit Castilla-La-Mancha, Spanje” Rond, mineraal en gisting met lichte tannine. “Aroma’s van granny smith appel, limoen, sinaasappel en kalksteen”
At first taste, it seemed this had begun to fade but it recovered nicely with some air. Very savory and slightly oxidative, drinking somewhere in the spectrum between an orange wine and a Lopez de Heredia blanco. Sans soufre.
Brutal, muy recomendable
