Tipologia: Spumante metodo Classico Il vino base viene vinificato ed affinato parte in botti di rovere (lasciate scolme per il 10%) e parte in acciaio. Viene imbottigliato per la rifermentazione a luglio. L'affinamento sui lieviti è di almeno 36 mesi. Naso intrigante, ossidativo, con note di nocciola ed agrumi perfettamente integrati. Accenni di panificazione. La bocca è ricca, la bollicina cremosa. Chiude con la mandorla salata. Produzione: 1300 bottiglie
