Complex aromas of ripe strawberry, tomato jam and gentle spicy notes. Fruity character in the mouth, noticeable acidity and velvety tannins.
VINIFICATION Grapes are 50% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 30 days. No added sulfites.🍷🌙
True, very real saltiness in the nose, while vibrant and very active tannines in the mouth, but an alcoholic feel that reminds of profound roussillon wines, while keeping a very peculiar and unique Greek taste. Very, very nice. Had it at Bilili in Paris - not yet listed, but right across from Les Arlots.

Très fruité, sur les petits fruits rouges; soutenu par une belle acidité; on est d'abord frappé par la fougue de la jeunesse, mais on sent toute la sagesse qui y dort; légèrement terreux, corps moyen, tannins plutôt discrets pour du xino. J'ai adoré ! Même très jeune et naturel, le xinomavro me rappelle le nebbiolo. La photo montre ma dernière btl, j'espère avoir la patience et la discipline de la laisser vieillir un peu... Excellent rapport qualité-prix, alors n'hésitez pas !
Viene messo in tonneaux per sei mesi circa. Il vino aveva leggermente rifermentato in bottiglia, ma a parte questo era perfetto. Non filtrato e senza So2 aggiunta, di colore granato, con tannini vivi, morbidi e piacevoli. Profumi di frutti di bosco rossi, tanta "terra", sottobosco. Mi è piaciuto tanto!
