Tastes like lemon and honey tea, just not hot. Very intense flavours, strong on the nose and the palette, very refreshing and very easy drinking. Grown on the sandstone soils of the foxhill vineyards in mendocino county, 20 year old vines. Fermentation and aging take place in egg shaped polyethylene tanks.
Dry white, Italian grape varietal. Canned peaches on the nose, minerals on the palate.
