Beautiful peachy orange colour, misty, almost opaque. Definitely unfiltered :) Fresh typical gewurztraminer nose full of sweet white fruit, lychee and peaches. Thirty days of skin contact have given the wine a very elegant, crispy light tannine structure. Not as sweet as the nose would suggest. Feels surprisingly light for a wine of 15% alcohol. Zero sulfites added. Wonderful. New arrival @daxivin Amsterdam, come share a bottle!
Gewurztraminer vinifié en sec (c'est déjà une rareté !). Puissant et sapide, vif et ample. Une bombasse ! Achetée chez les Ligeron dans leur boutique rennaise Un midi dans les Vignes !
