Half-sweet wine from one of the true masters of natural wines appeared to be just mediocre. It,a basic semi-sweet wine that tastes like some kind of Fanta or Mirinda. When you get a bootle like this you expect something superb. Perhaps, I am too concentrated on dry wines, so getting any sweeter doesn’t delight me much.

Vendange tardive, magnifique 9/10
Un riesling absolument incroyable et surprenant. Un nez de coing rappelle certaines vendanges tardives cependant, en bouche c'est bien la mineralité propre au riesling que nous retrouvons. On repère des saveurs d'agrumes chez ce vin vif et légèrement épicé. Nous l'avons dégusté avec des petits raviolis japonais aux crevettes cuits à la vapeur. Association qui a très bien fonctionnée!
