Lovely gamay. Red fruit nicely balanced with acidity and a little tartness.

The label is just as sexy as monsieur Ganevat himself :-) And the wine is even sexier. It's rather stout at 13,5% but doesn't feel like it at all. It has the longeur of a serious red but at the same time it's elegant, fresh and genuinely happy. That sounds like a contradiction and it probably is, but that's exactly what makes Ganevat's wines so interesting. A nose of black cherry, some wood and leather, but never heavy. In my mouth it's refreshing, very easy to keep drinking. Would love to drink this every night.

Beautiful bright red with notes of hay and raspberries on the nose. High acidity, green and red fruits with an elegant tannin. Pure juice!

Compuesto por el 75% de Gamay, de 40 años y proveniente de la región de Morgon, y el 25% de las variedades de uva tipo Trousseau y Enfariné franc. Levaduras nativas, maceración semi-carbónica a baja temperatura y envejecimiento durante 10 meses en tanque troncocónico, sin azufre.

Bottiglia spiazzante. Frutto ai limiti della sopportabilità per i primi 3 giorni, poi come se nulla fosse se ne escono dal nulla profumi di pioggia in montagna, e il quinto giorno anche un accenno di terriccio. Sorso nervoso e fruttone, snello ma profondo. Giovincello.
