Pas mal de volatile au nez, mais très bon en bouche, salin, minéral
The recipe here is Litrozzo Bianco 2018 (Procanico, Malvasia, Roscetto, Verdello, Petino and Romanesco) with a mad “ripasso” on the skins of the Litrozzo Bianco 2019. Roaringly and authentically rustic yet hyper-focused and blessed with otherworldly drinkability: grilled Lebanese citrus peel with smoked barley, fresh peppermint and yellow kiwi.
Very very nice!!!
Beautiful on the nose. Tropical fruit. Mango, papaya. Gorgeous color. Slight yeasty scent.
