Oct 2019we accidentally stumbled upon zia while using raisin. we love pasta/pizza but wanted to dine somewhere with a more elevated menu and natural/biodynamic wines. to our surprise, we ended up dining here three times and each time the tasting menu was different (they made sure of it). the ever-changing menu, natural wine list, and service were some of the best we’ve ever experienced. definitely checkout zia if you’re in rome!
