24hrs on the skins to give it a little body, then sits on the lees right until bottling day. Bright, fresh and very chuggable! This sauv will benefit aeration, post it will breathe aromas of white fruit, melon, lemon and lime. Bright herbal notes, the palate is ripe, light acidity with stone fruits. Accents of clay and stone too. Wonderful!
