Le mix chenin / chardonnay est très intéressant. Un vin minéral, sec et fort appréciable en apéro et sur un « bestiaire » de poissons ou de crustacés.
Yellow fruits and minerals in the nose. Balanced acidity, minerality, and a very little bit sweetness that balances the wine and makes it round. Very delicious!
