A product of organic farming. Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered and unfined, no additional sulphites. The Primitivo sits on its skins for two days before being pressed off to porcelain amphorae. Young and fruity. Yesss!

“Amphora” (Rosé/Pét-Nat) - 2018 - Guttarolo 👁: Jus of blackcurrants 👃🏻: 🍯🍈 honeydew-melon & marsipan! 👅: Warm & Fruity with lots of tiny fizzyness🥂& sunripe raspberries, black cherries & minerals on the ascendant. 🍇: Primitivo. 🌳: 30 year old vines. 1.5 hectares. ⛰: Sandy calcareous clay-oil in karstic terroir! (Limestone rock). 🗺: Gioia Del Colle - Puglia. Alt: 400m. 🌦: Hot days & cold nights. Harvest: End september (manual) Fermentation: 5-8 months of maceration in Terracotta Amphora🏺(stored in old stone farmstables). Aging: Steel & finally bottle Production: 1500 L / 2000 bottles Filtered: ❌ Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: (natural) <20mg/L.
