(Limestone rock). 🗺: Gioia Del Colle - Puglia. Alt: 400m. 🌦: Hot days & cold nights. Harvest: End september (manual) Fermentation: 5-8 months of maceration in Terracotta Amphora🏺(stored in old stone farmstables). Aging: Steel & finally bottle Production: 1500 L / 2000 bottles Filtered: ❌ Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: (natural) <20mg/L.
