Incredible long taste…
It has a tart, deep complexity that reminds me of a really nice dessert wine that I like, but it isn't very sweet at all. Very interesting wine!

Dehydrated apricots, sweet tamarind, raisins, malaga, hazelnut butter, star anise, officinal herbs and trucker spices combine to form a bouchet and a vigorous, complex flavor with an almost spiritual depth. In the mouth, all its eccentric and bold complexity explodes, overflowing with freshness and salinity from a sincere and true Ponka. Between mountain and sea, between Greece and Collio, this liquid Dionysic rich in modern and ancient "Classicism", Enchants, fascinates and strikes ...... an endless wine ....... Infinite.
