Fantastic fruity orange wine. I love it. Full flavours but still good to drink this wine without food or as a food pairing. One of my favourite orange wines. Bought this wine in Enoteca Severino and enjoyed it in Todi. Beautiful wine. July ‘18
A really particular wine. 6 months on the skins and 8 months on the lees. Perfect for those people who likes a more refined drink.
Winery founded in 2005 -Destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 6 months. Without added sulphites, without filtrations -8 months on the lees in steel tanks Friendly orange from Emilia. Wild and animalistic nose, raisin, dried stone fruits, apples, almond, lacquer and chalk . Dry palate with light body, dry tannins and high acidity.
It fills your mouth, fully. I never tasted something similar, after on year as natural wine lover. And I think I will never do. A dear friend, told me that it was similar to some ancestral Georgian wines.
