Didn't love it. Strong and assertive, chewy, with a touch of v.a. Just a little too heavy, a little too concentrated, a little too hot. In short, too rustic, which is fine in a slimmer package.
Fresh and complex wine. I really like it. Alcol 11.2%. It is harvested manually and macerated for four days. Alcoholic fermentation is then carried out with native yeasts in a Clos du Tue-Boeuf barrel. It is aged for eleven months in barrel. No added Sulphur.
