Natural Xarel-Lo. 11.5% only for this Spanish white. Himmel un Ääd. Spices. Apples. Thyme. Macadamia. Good acidity. Apple&onion, thyme aftertaste. Salted lemons and watermelon rind. Light tannins. Later passion fruit and pear juice and light va coming through. Day 2: Unripe peach, toasted soy flour, freshly cut cherry wood.

Belle découverte, légèrement oxydatif, mais bien sûr la fraîcheur et très énergisant. À boire souvent et en bonne compagnie!
