Third time having wine and it is so good! It’s just alive! Quite reductive in the nose with some VA. Notes of cherries, vanilla, pepper, and spices. A lot of great acidity and also a bit fizzy on the tongue. So pleasant and alive!
This is the uötimate red magnum whitch is also drinkaöbe from the bottle - but drink with caution…. You can drink this 1.5L in one go without telling somebody

#fuckthatsdelicious! Fruity, mid tannins. Better next year? Featuring Action Bronson and Clovis Ochin.
Un assemblage baroque pour un fruit hyper soyeux, un nez riche et épicé. #fuckthatsdelicious n’est clairement pas un hashtag usurpé. C’est délicieux, la patte de Bouju est très nette, elle rappelle celle du fameux Brutal. Une quille juste sur le fruit et le plaisir. A mettre en cave pour en voir l’évolution sur quelques années n’est sûrement pas une mauvaise idée!

Bel équilibre entre la puissance et le fruit (confit). À carafer 2h avant la dégustation.
Méfiant en raison du côté branché et de la communication autour de cette cuvée, j’ai tout de même souhaité y goûter. J’aime le style de Patrick Bouju mais j’ai été assez déçu par ce vin très perlant et réduit. Je l’ai oublié au frigo conscient que certains jours le vin « goûte mal »... Nettement meilleur après deux jours d’ouverture, mais tout de même avec un sentiment d’inachevé
Not is only this picture upside down but also is my affection for that wine. I am not sure if I like it or not. I can say this I liked the taste of ripe banana (I guess macération carbonique for the Gamay), and the structure of acidity at the end (due to the Chardonnay). But it is quite volatile in the middle. I do understand why it such a hyped wine, but I am not sure if I would drink it again. Finally, I wanted remark that I preferred the red cuvée of 2016.
Ohlala! So good! Smells like cherries and strawberries. Earthy! Easy drinking. Little bit sparkly on the tongue.
Un peu fermé à l'ouverture, mais glou glou et quelques minutes après un joli nez...du jus,du raisin
Une véritable bombe, un bijou. Le choix des cépages créer un vin très porté sur le fruit, une explosion de saveur en bouche. Un de mes vins rouges préférés.
A ranger entre l’alchimiste de Paolo Coehlo et Easy Rider de Action Bronson
C’est le bon moment pour le boire ! Souple et tannique, on y va !
