Easy yet sophisticated and fruity
Darker and fuller bodied then a usual Pinot Noir. Whole cluster pressing is apparent. Beautiful red and dark berries with a hint of fresh herbs and a natural expression. Paired well with a mix of culinary dishes ranging from grilled wasabi prawns to chicken & black bean Arepas. Benefits from a few minutes of decanting. Love this wine.
Great representation of Adelaide Hills Pinot. Bramble, fruit, oyster shell, slight olive brine, fresh.
