The grapes come from old vines,whose age is around 70-80. Vinify in steel where they stay in contact with theri own yeast for about ten months before bottling , perfumes that spread in the nose evoke fruity nuances of grapefruit, ripe citrus and apples , perfectly balanced with notes od aromatic herbs. Medium-bodied , very soft . I dramk this wine for the grilled swordfish , to be honest ... it was STUNNING !
