Les Ganivet 2006, mise de 12/2013. Un beau gamay, un peu riche et avec un peu de volatile mais une jolie acidité et un très beau fruit.

Waauw , big Wine !!
An odd bird, a Gamay with 14% that spent five years in cuve before release. The five years took out the glouglou and put in some gravitas, but I'm not sure the tradeoff was worth it.
Miam ! Une pointe volatile et un zeste d’oxydation un peu de fruits et d’épices et l’on passe un agréable moment ! @Batou
