Super fresh, but with the big cherry pie fruit you would expect from new world Grenache! Sourced from the Soloro Vineyard in the Applegate valley of Southern Oregon. Minimus wines is a second label of Craft Wine Co. in Carlton, Oregon. Minimus challenges convention by every year creating a different wine than the vintages previous. All natural & low intervention!
