classic but still good and very "gourmand" 😉
Rarely taste a natural wine so old. Reminds me of some Italian wines (from Sicily and Piedmont, strange as it may sound). In any case, it's distinguished and unusual (for a French wine), and quite enjoyable.
Resolved and on point. Elegant.
On a bien fait d attendre!
