Bottle opened for a day. Fruit is now singing in a choir with some oaky complexy company. Lovely.
The wine is simply perfect, no added sulfur. It's crazy right. The guy is doing them with love and care, has a Demeter's certificate. The 2015 is his fresh vintage (one of the good years in Slovenia). A wine that you can drink a bottle on your own. Im in love
