Une syrah atypique pour un continent atypique!..bien differente de celle que l'on peut déguster dans cette region...fraicheur, élégance, fruits et re-fruits...une belle evolution au fil du repas. A Great Aussie juice !! G'day
Strange experience. Aroma of olives and spice. So far so good. Mouth is surprisingly extracted, which one doesn’t see so much in natural wines, but there’s CO2, which one does. I like the acidity, and the absence of oak, but the concentration reminds me a bit too much of the industrial esthetic. Might have been much more to my liking with a shorter maceration.
