Best vintage to date! ❤️
Fresh and complex wine. I really like it. Alcol 11.2%. It is harvested manually and macerated for four days. Alcoholic fermentation is then carried out with native yeasts in a Clos du Tue-Boeuf barrel. It is aged for eleven months in barrel. No added Sulphur.
