Bone dry. Nice fizz, with aromas of lemon with some slight yeast on the finish. Very pleasant and enjoyable.
Super smooth and medium sized bubbles. Very light and easy drinking for summer.

Dry crispy clean pet-nat. Tasting notes I get a lot of grapefruit, funky, a bit mineral-y. It’s a fresh summer evening delight!
