Cet autochtone est encore rare au Portugal De passage chez Leopold à Lisbonne nous souhaitions découvrir le fruit d’un terroir lusitanien. Pas déçus par cette quille qui ne dépasse pas les 13, ce qui en soit n’est pas si courant chez les Ibères. Quite dark for a rosé. Cherry and licorice aroma with a lactic edge. Perfect balance and weight, with delicious acidity. From the remote Serra da Estrela in Portugal, organic agriculture, indigenous yeasts, no SO2 or corrections at any point.
