Enjoyed this one in Bendito, Madrid, great small natural wine-only bar in San Fernando market.

It's from ours more old vines. A little bit sweety balanced with volatil acidity. Flavour to white flowers and orange fruit skins. Minerality and delicate.
Exotic, frothy, lambic, like a cross between beer and wine. Fascinating. Found at Wine Attack, the most interesting natural wine store in Madrid.
Textural firmness of extended skin contact
Ancient vineyards organic certified. Traditional growing. No added.
Dry and clean in the mouth.
