Third of three Serres reds in consecutive nights. Funky and leathery. Almost no CO2, unlike the other two. Brisk acidity and pleasing weight. By far the most enjoyable of the three, and the only one that begs for repetition.
Tinto ligero, fruit fruit fruit under a soft acidity.. Short in the mouth.. Winter rosé?! A good good good Laureano!!🙏🏽
