Young fresh dark cherry. After a while, it gets rounder and more riped taste. A bit cooler temptature goes with a sunny summer evening.
A product of biodynamic viticulture. The grapes are sorted and de stemmed before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts occurs. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Maceration period is 3 weeks. Matured in large acacia casks and old barriques for 12 months. Very drinkable!
