Praise and Glory to @insolentevini of @mantovanirosanna and @luca_elettri, Monteforte D’Alpone (VR). From a heavily inflated area, from a tired and exploited territory, from a very often underestimated Garganega grape, sabotaged and percolated, Luca and Rosanna give birth to this RM 3 2018, Garganega refermented with white Recioto must. A "search to believe" a "call to emptiness", in "Crosses and even Crowns", only PULL down with such commitment, determination and dedication to return what Garganega deserves and demands. Nectarine, citronella, bitter almond and honey-like peach are chasing each other, giving sincere and precise aromas. But it is in the mouth that enters graceful, rampant and without stylization despite being a refermented. Excellent freshness and tasty savory vein, citrus fruits, green olives in brine, a touch of toffee, to finish off with slightly smoky flint nuances.
