Bright cherry and subtle minerality. I was very lucky to be allocated one of these bottles and whole normally drunk younger this slightly aged Trousseau didn’t seem a day old! The fruit jumped out of the bottle. A great example of a Jura red with just enough savory quality (the years softened out the more saline characters). Jura reds are the best!
