Work at home the vine:

3 ha: 2.5 ha of Cabernet Franc and 0.5 ha of Chenin. The vines are located in the Chinon appellation area. Tillage, plant cover every other row. We use biodynamic preparations. Manual harvest. No synthetic molecules are used.

Winemaking:

For all of our vintages, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in barrels in our tufa cellars.
No sulphites added for the 2017 vintages.
