Our vineyards that are more than 200 years old, including some over 300 years old, are at an altitude between 400 and 1,300 meters. Phylloxera did not enter the Canary Islands, all our vineyards are free-standing. We even have varieties that are only found on our islands. We have 17,000 square meters.
They are unique driving systems in the world, braided cord, and table or board. We work under the precepts of biodynamic agriculture, we apply preparations, infusions of horsetail, chamomile and nettle.
In vineyards and winery, we work under the rhythms of the moon and the stars. Due to difficulty accessing the vineyards, we do not work with heavy machinery. Everything is handmade. They are volcanic soils. In our productions we do not add anything to the wines, they are only grapes.
