My estate is located in St-Lambert-du-Lattay, in Anjou, in the Côteaux du Layon (49, Maine et Loire). My activity started in 2008 with half a hectare, while continuing to work for other winegrowers in the region who taught me the work. I gradually increased my surface area until 2013 when I settled mainly on 3ha. In 2024 I have 3.4 ha of vines which are distributed as follows:
1.9 ha of Chenin Blanc,
0.66 ha of gamay,
0.35 ha of Cabernet Franc,
0.27 ha of Pineau d’Aunis,
0.22 ha of grolleau.
The estate has been certified organic since its creation (Ecocert) in 2008.
I vinify without additives (no added sulfites) and without filtration. My entire harvest is in VDF.
No rose wines at the moment.
No orange wines at the moment.
