Victoria and Didier Mattei took over the Cazaban estate in 2022. A vineyard of excellence managed organically and biodynamically for two decades, the estate is a little gem located in the heart of the Cabardès appellation.
Cazaban is first and foremost a mosaic of terroirs swept by opposing winds, it is also a story of Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties that blend together to give birth to fresh, elegant and subtle wines, it is finally a new signature with just the right amount of irreverence, audacity and modernity to create surprising, disruptive and even subversive wines.
