The estate is currently made up mainly of two terroirs that I have been cultivating organically for 20 years (note that I am the 5th generation to express myself on this site), namely:
- A plot of approximately 3 hectares « Le Grand-Cléré » whose clay-flint soil rises to approximately 110 meters above sea level (one of the highest valleys on the Touraine plateau), surrounded by permanent fallows and woods.
In this place which is managed in natural permaculture (with controlled natural grass and a few trees to promote the development of fauna and ecosystems) 3 grape varieties have been established for around fifty years: sauvignon, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc.
The main vintages that result from this are for whites « At the Table » (maceration), « There you go », « On board » and for the reds « La Presse », « The double bass »
- A larger plot of around fifteen hectares « The Perron Park » whose clay-limestone soil with aeolian sands (around 85 meters above sea level) is surrounded by meadows, fallows, hedges and woods.
In this location which adjoins the estate's buildings, animal traction is preferred when climatic conditions permit.
A young vine of 1 hectare of Cabernet Franc has been established for 9 years with its main vintage « Perrontonic » and since this spring of 2022 a collection of Alsatian grape varieties is being born.
All grapes are vinified each vintage in a creative way based on the potential of the year.
Enological products in which sulphites are never used.
No rose wines at the moment.
